Terms of Use

The service

The Synerz Staff Board is free. It shows who says they are available. Synerz is not an employer, recruiter or temporary help agency, does not place anyone in work, and does not check credentials unless stated. Employers must do their own checks before engaging anyone.

Healthcare staff

• Keep your colour and details accurate. Only you can change your colour.
• Approved employers can see your email and phone (if added), as you agreed when you joined.

Employers

• Access opens only after Synerz approves your agency.
• Your business name, city, contact name, work email, work phone and website are shown to registered healthcare staff (not the public) so they can contact you about work. You can change these details or delete your account at any time.
• Use staff contact details only to contact them about work. No resale, marketing use, scraping, bulk copying or sharing outside your agency.
• Ratings must be honest and only for people you worked with or interviewed.
• Misuse leads to suspension.

Everyone

No false information, harassment or discrimination. Synerz may suspend accounts that break these terms. The service is provided as is, and we may change it with notice.
