How this list is ordered

Inside each city, people are listed in this order:

1. Colour first: Available, then Limited, then Not available.
2. Then by score: star ratings from approved employers plus invite points.
3. Then by most recent update.

The score

• Everyone starts at a neutral 3.5 stars. Real ratings gradually replace that starting point, so one rating can't push someone to the top or bottom.
• Only employers approved by Synerz who opened that person's contact and confirm they worked with or interviewed them can rate, once each. Ratings count for 24 months.
• Each invite point adds 0.1, counting at most 10 points.

Formula: score = (3 × 3.5 + sum of stars) ÷ (3 + number of ratings) + 0.1 × min(points, 10).

What never affects the order

Money (nobody can pay to rank higher), whether an agency buys Synerz services, or anything about who a person is: age, gender, race, religion, family status and other protected grounds.
