Privacy Policy

Synerz ("we") runs the Staff Board at staff.synerz.ca. Questions or requests: info@synerz.ca (Privacy Officer: [full name to add]).

What we collect

• Healthcare staff: name, how your name is shown, role, city and province, email, phone (optional), availability colour, and optional bio, experience, shift preferences and self-declared certificates.
• Employers: business name, city, website, contact name, work email and phone, business number (optional).
• Records of consents, logins, and which employer opened which staff member's contact details.

We never collect SIN, date of birth, home address, photos, health or vaccination information, or CVs.

Who sees what

• Public: if you choose, your display name, role, city, colour and when it was updated. Never phone or email.
• Employers approved by Synerz: your profile, email and phone (if added), as you agreed at sign-up. Each time they open your contact details it is logged.
• Registered healthcare staff: each approved agency's business name, city, contact name, work email, work phone and website, so staff can contact agencies directly.

Where it is stored

On Hostinger servers [location to confirm], with bot protection by Cloudflare. These providers may be outside Canada; they process data only to run the service.

Your choices

Staying signed in: on your own phone or computer, staff stay signed in until they log out, and employers for 30 days. Use "Log out" on shared devices.

You can change your details, remove your phone number, hide yourself from the public board, download your data, or delete your account at any time from "My status". Deletion is immediate.

Emails

We send login links, and only a few service messages (for example, when an agency is approved or a rating dispute is decided). We send offers about Synerz services only to employers who ticked the optional box, and every offer has an unsubscribe link.
